Please read carefully before creating your account.
By creating an account on USDTPay, you agree to the following terms:
- Mandatory activation: After registration, an activation email containing a unique key will be sent to you. You must activate your account by clicking the link in that email. Any unactivated account will be automatically deleted after 15 minutes.
- Data privacy: We have no access to your personal data or your customers' data. You are responsible for remembering and securely storing your login credentials.
- Password security: You must create a highly secure password (minimum 12 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, digits, and special characters).
- Financial flow: USDTPay does not hold and does not process funds. Funds go directly from the customer's account to yours (the merchant). Our role is strictly limited to verifying and confirming transactions.
- Legitimate use only: Anyone creating an account for the purpose of malicious activities, hacking, stealing, or harming the system will be permanently blacklisted and their IP address will be permanently banned.
- Liability: You are fully responsible for the use of your account and all transactions made through your integration.
- Trial period: The free 7-day trial is limited to one account per person/IP address. Any attempt to abuse the trial will result in immediate account suspension.
- Subscription: After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using our services. Subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Availability: We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime. Maintenance may be performed without prior notice.
